Does anyone have any idea what could be causing my AAO to freeze when using my Qubz DVD RW drive? I have just sent the drive back to Qubz who say there is nothing wrong with it. I am looking for suggestions please as this is very frustrating as I can't guarantee it is not going to freeze when re-inserting a disc. Has anyone had a similar problem or know how to rectify this problem. Thanks

Simply connect the USB lead to the back on the drive to a free USB port on your machine. If your drive has writing capability it may be supplied also with mains power adapter this is rarely needed except on some machines that cannot provide enough power from the USB port. If you get a USB error message when you plug the drive in shut down the computer and connect the drive to the mains adapter and turn on the computer, otherwise the power supply is not required. All recent versions of Linux have there own software built in to play and write CDs and DVDs.
