I downloaded the demo for Battle for Middle-Earth II, and it installed properly, but when I tried to run it, it just froze every time on the loading image. It said it was not responding. It doesn't make sense because System Requirements Lab says I can run it with no troubles.

Does this have something to do with the screen resolution? If so, how can I correct this?

I think I remember reading in one of those posts in another game somewhere that when it comes to unsupported default screen resolutions, you can change the game default to either 800x600 or the 1024 one. This is changed somewhere on a game.ini file which you can open with notepad.

Worth a try.. just save a copy of the original .ini file though... insurance. heh
