quick tiny7 question

I feel retarded for asking this, because I've made install disks a million times.. But for some reason this looks like it might be different I downloaded tiny7 rev01 from TPB, and it shows up as an ISO Archive. Do I extract that, and then put all the files separately onto a CD, or do I put the archive onto a CD just as it is?
