Ram Upgrade D150 Mushkin Enhanced Cas Latency 4 4-4-4-12

Most of the ram I see people recommending for the AOD150 is Class 5 latency....I found a Mushkin Enhanced 2gb 200-Pin DDR2 SO-DIMM DDR2 667 with Class 4, 4-4-4-12 latency and timing on Newegg for $46 w/ free shipping. It's about the same price as the Crucial & PNY that everyone recommends but it has better latency and timing....This seems like a no brainer unless the lower latency will cause a problem. Does anyone know any reason why this ram would not be compatable?

Again, i am running an AOD150 with the n270 1.6 ghz processor.

 

you probably need to raise up the voltage in order to reach that timing. cause I've never seen a RAM doing 4-4-4-12 at 1.8V
