Whaasup dudes . . . I partitioned my "C" drive over the weekend to install W7 , everything went just fine and dandy , but I only gave it 15GB so I figured I will give it a bit more space , the thing is that I "Deleted" the partition , thinking that it will automatically will give back those 15GB to my main "C" drive . . . but no it did not !!

:x :?:  how the heck do I get those 15gb back into the "C" drive ??

it says un-allocated ?? wtf is that ?? how can I get my "C" drive back to "Normal" ??

All I want to do is get my AA1 back as it just came out of the box , can anyone please please please help ??

You have to resize the C: partition using the partitioning program that you used to create the partition to begin with. Justt expand it out to occupy the unallocated space. Unallocated just means that it is unused. NBD, and easy-peasy... ;)

Never used Part Magic, so I am unsure as to the exact step by step for that program.

I use Acronis Disk Director, but there is no reason why any program shouldn't let you reclaim that space. You could always just use it as a data partition. It won't even let you make a logical drive?

Have you tried gparted...you could try a Linux LiveCD, and try to let it resize your partition without installing anything...http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/download

Or reformat and start from scratch...

I already re-formated my AA1 , and it did not gave me back my 15GB , in fact I am running only W7 on it , but nope , it only gave me 129GB , and no it doesn't let me do a logical drive , it is just "un-allocated"

Use Acronis True Image and image the XP partition.
Delete all partitions with Acronis Disk Director, so the whole drive is unpartitioned space.
Create a new partition at the maximum size, again with Acronis Disk Director.
Reinstall your image with Acronis True Image.
