Recommended USB bootable pen drive

    I am hoping that someone can advise a suitable make of pen drive, which can be formatted in FAT (not FAT32) and be made bootable, for the purpose of maintaining backups.

    I have managed to create a bootable 64MB Disgo pen drive for Bios update but the 16GB ByeteStor pen drive which I have, will not format in FAT. So I am trying to locate a suitable 16GB drive.

    Anyone ??
