RECOVERY CD HASN'T GOT ALL FILES

    When i've come to need my recovery CD for my Acer Aspire One Netbook I've come to find that the CD hasn't got a IMPORTANT FILE which i need to reinstall using my usb. Could someone please be kind enough to attach the file "BOOTMGR" to a post so i can succesfully reinstall using my USB

    my acer expired yesterday and my recovery disc won't load onto a usb stick or re-boot from a remote cd drive. I am waiting for a replacement from acer, which they say will take two weeks. Are the recovery disks all faulty?

    It's bad enough that the netbook operating system crashed, but it's pretty disgraceful that the recovery disk doesn't work either. I am very disillusioned.

    IT'S JUST ANNOYING!

    HOW THEY SEND ME A DISK WHAT DOESN'T HAVE ALL THE FILES IT'S JUST ANNOYING

    ACER=TOP CLASS COMPANY

    BUT THE MINUS SIDE IS THEY MAKE STUPID LITTLE MISTAKES WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS
