Recovery CD

    Don't know how to get a recovery CD for my acer aspire one. I started the recovery process only to find out that the last of the 3CDs is missing. Please help

    Try pressing immediately after power on, F10 and ALT together

    I have tired pressing F10 and ALT together, after power on, it still did not work. instead what comes up is Press <F2> to enter setup. I need help. thanks

    F2 usually is used for setting the motherboard bios. What operating system are you using? Give the F10 ALT another try very quickly pressing both keys repeatedly. By all means try the F2 key and report.

    at F2, main, F12 boot disabled, D2D recovery enabled, network boot enabled,quiet boot enabled

    The F10 and ALT combination viciously applied should allow you to recover a factory recovery section that's hidden on the harddrive. However there's no way of creating new a set of recovery cd's from a failed system.
