Recovery Console won't work! HELP please.

    Ok, so my Acer Aspire One D250 is not booting up past the windows logo anymore. I tried the recovery option (alt + f10) and it loads to an underscore and freezes. I don't know what to do now. Please help me so I can get my computer back to normal.

    Just Re-Install Windows XP.
