Recovery Disc Pop-up

    I am trying to find a way to disable the "Recovery Disc Pop-up" reminding me to create recovery discs as I do not have an external CD/DVD writer. It is a Aspire one KAV10 model.
    I have tried to find a way of writing the recovery to a memory stick without success, now I just want to cross my fingers. TIA

    What worked for me on other Acers is to start the process and then cancel the process. That seems to make it think you did it.
