Do you have the factory disk?
Do you have a PQService partition (small about 8Gb before the Windows partition)?
If you have the factory restore disk the save your data and boot from the factory CD/DVD's and follow the prompts.
If you do not have the factory restore CD/DVD's then backup your data and when you first turn on you computer go into your BIOS and see if you have D2D enabled. (If you do not have the option of D2D then you need the factory restore disk) If it is enabled the hold down Alt+F10 as soon as you turn on your computer and follow the prompts.
This works on other Acers but I don't have one of your specific type so this is only a suggestion. Maybe someone that has a computer like yours will chime in and give you better info.
