REINSTALL XP (HELP NEEDED URGANTLY)

    i have a AOA150Bb and upgraded it to Win7 now it says the hdd is going to fail and i want to put it back 2 XP so i can get it fixed free of charge how can i do this.
    the acer recovery partition is still on the HDD but i can not boot into it at the boot menu.
    i am now running 7 Ultimate X86
