RELTEK driver info needed (equalizer panel)

    my mp3's sound like crap (all treble / no bass) and i cant find a EQ with the RELTEK HD.

    my old computer had regular RELTEK ac drivers that had built in EQ - so source input could
    be (treble / bass) adjusted.

    IS THERE AN EQUALIZER SOMEWHERE THAT CAN BE USED TO ADJUST THE OUTPUT ?

    my mp3 software does something to the mp3 file if i use its eqaulizer that prevents the file from playing
    on my mobil phone. file shows up as a mp3 but whene copied says cant copy EXTRA file info !!!!!!
