Removing last live update

Hi to all today the linpus live update had new updates, i installed them and know the ONE is screwed, it won´t connect to the Internet and does not finish to complete the booting process ( it doesn`s load the task bar on the botom. no clock, no wireless, no shutdown button...) instead it has a floating panel with a star in the middle and when you click in the star it says 'new item - needs configuration'. I don´t know much abot linux but i think its some xfce issue, and it happened after rebooting from the live update. if someone can help me it will be much appreciated... /ONEWITHPROBLEMS
