Replacement

    I live in Canada, and I purchased an acer aspire 10.1" D257-13434 50 days ago, and it has been repaired twice. I am still not satisfied, so I called their Canada customer service for claiming a refund today. Finally, I accepted their solution of replacing a new one for me. They told me it will be brand new, not refurbished one, and they did it a long time ago. However, I am not sure, I can't hear clearly at that time, and I don't know if I can trust them.

    For Canadian market (North American market), Does anyone know what they will do for this issue, a brand new one or manufacturer refurbished one? I can only accept a brand new one! If not, I will take legal action to resolve the issue.
