REQ: installing puppy linux onto ssd

    Im currently running linpus and i want to change to puppy linux, I couldn't find any guides tht werent baffling to a linux noob. Any help would be greatly apreciated :D I also need to know if i will have to redo amsn and if so how? Then does puppy have wireless functionality? Again thnx for any help.
