    Hi all,

I obtained an Acer Aspire 1350 about a year ago...
I kept it from my old work place so I can only log on as a guest, so i can't install anything.
Ive tried using cmd to change administrator password, but it always comes up with "system 5 error, access denied"...something like that.

well recently I was told by a friend that taking out the CMOS battery and then putting it back in would reset it.. anyway i took out the cmos battery for about 45 minutes once i done that and I turned it on after wards and it just asked me to continue or go to setup (which it doesn't always do)....I went to setup and its just the normal BIOS option when you turn it on all the time.

I was wondering if anyone knows what I could try next?
