Resizing Windows XP desktop icon size

    Is there an app to do this? Desktop XP icons are too big for the AAOne screen IMHO.

    right click desktop->properties-> appearance-> advanced -> icon -> adjust size to smaller value-> restart computer

    correct but no need to restart computer, the effect should be immediate upon hitting the "apply" button.
