I purchased a 160gig 1gig ram XP model. After a few days I decided to try Linpus. I took my wifes Linpuse restore CD and installed Linpus then unlocked the XFCE using the aone script here in the forum. I have decided to reinstall XP but I think the Linpus CD deleted the pqservice partition. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Call Acer at 866-695-2237 and inform them that your computer did not come with the restore CDs. Ask them for the XP restore disks. They have been providing them to owners because the E-recovery program does not work to create the CDs. I got mine with a quick phone call. The person verified my registration and then sent the disks FedEx free of charge.
