Return key not returning!

    A colleague has lost her return key.

    Hitting 'Enter' does not provide her with a carriage return, and thus document editing is _difficult_.

    Holding down the Enter key blanks the cursor, so I'm guessing the system is getting a code from it, but 'no returns'.

    Has anyone come across this before, and how is it fixed? :?:
