Reverts back to 4 panel after reboot

    I modified the desktop to havea cusom wallpaper and windows like format. I have got the wallpaper to stay after reboot by saving it in the correct folder, however when i re-boot the window like format dissapears and goes back to the 4-Panel linpus format.

    Any help at all would be appreciated, thanks
