Root ?

    Yes I know it's foolish. I set this months ago and now can't load software since I can't remember what it is.

    The manual says call retailer but I was hoping someone here knows how to reset the root password

    Thanks man. It worked and I was able to install Skype.

    Since I read that the One is based on Fedora, I downloaded version 6. Not sure if I should have used 7.

    It seemed to install fine but I can't even find the program to launch it. Have used Windows PCs for years but new to Linux and haven't used a command line in years. Be gentle.

    I'll also search to see what I can find.
