Run Add/Remove from the terminal

    Hello,
    I accidently unticked something in Add/Remove software and it has removed all of my icons from the XFCE menu. Is there any way to run Add/Remove from the terminal so that I can retick the options?

    I couldnt get my menu back so I decided to install XUbuntu. So far I prefer it to Linupus.
