Ryzen 5 Pro 7545U vs Ryzen 7 Pro 7840U for Lenovo ThinkPad T16 Gen 2 (AMD)

    I'm currently looking to order a Lenovo ThinkPad T16 Gen 2 that's on sale, it'll be for programming and general use. The base processor option is the Ryzen 5 Pro 7545U but for the equivalent of 88 USD more I can get the Ryzen 7 Pro 7840U instead. Having a quiet laptop is important to me, would the Ryzen 7 be much of an overall improvement and would It be better or worse for causing relatively little fan noise? Any advice is appreciated
