I've noticed that the screen in my A110 is slightly out of alignment with the bezel. If you look at the top left of the screen it is a 2 or 3 mm's away from the top bezel and the top left the screen is almost touching the top bezel. If you look at the bottom it's the opposite the left almost touches and the right is 3 or 3 mm away.

I know it's not a major issue but now i've noticed it I just wanted to know if anyone else's is similar? now i've noticed it i find it a little annoying.

This is the second one i've had, I returned the first because of a slight defect to the case (which was good as it also had a dead pixel). I'd think about returning this too, but I might get a worse one. I'd be interested in others thoughts.

    Cheers

Wow  Its not only me ! I called into Currys (UK) yesterday to have a play with the 120GB version and sraight away I thought somethings not right here ! The top horizontal part of the bezel looked slanted. At first I thought it was just an optical illusion. However it really bugged me, so I actually measured it with a bit of paper, marking the paper left + right side, true enough there was an approx 3.00mm run out from left to right ! I think Acer might be wise checking their bezel moulding tools.

This is what can happen in any mass-production process there is a long list of faults that can occur. It will happen with almost every mp item that rolls off the assembly line. QA should pick it up but not always obviously.

As a consumer you don't have to worry about any of this nor spend days fiddling with a defective product....the choice is simple....take it back get it replaced or get a refund.
