Shockwave? for linux

is there any shockwave alternatives for linpus as far as I know theres no Linux Support for Shockwave

Any help will be appreciated

 

shockwave is apart of flash and should be installed with flash package.

in firefox url bar: type aboutlugins and you should see shockwave flash listed

 

It says it is installed and enabled but when I go on habbo it says:

Then I Click skip and it says loading and then it says: Install Plugin

I am running Firefox 3 downloaded from acers ftp site and flash player 10 came with it

 

possible solution found on the ubuntuforums so dont know how well it will work with linpus lite.

after checking the adobe website the shockwave player is not supported under linux just windows and mac

Did you sign the petition?
Anyway You cant run Wine under Linpus it can only run under Debian and Ubuntu.

Hopefully Adobe will give in and make a Shockwave Player for Linux.

 

Um, a search for 'wine' on these forums will indcate that quite a few people are already running it under Linpus! AFAIK Wine will run under any Linux distro.
