Shockwave plugin - Linpus vs Ubuntu

    I finally convinced my wife I should install Ubuntu rather than Linpus on her AAO since the KDE V4 card games are much better.

    24 hours later and I'm having to reload Linpus because Ubuntu can't display Shockwave SWF clips on the Mills and Boons site.

    If Linpus can display these clips, why on earth can't Ubuntu?

    The default Ubuntu distro doesn't include Flash. You probably just needed to "sudo aptitude install restricted-extras" or something similar, or grab the DEB straight from Adobe. I suggest to post in the on ubuntuforums.org if you would like help.
