Shrink iDeneb

    Is there anyway I can remove the language packages from iDeneb before installing so I can fit everything on to a bootable 4gb flashdrive?

    I saw this in a post by Lopploella that he did this and I was wondering if you can tell me how you did it

    Can't see that. Why not get an 8gb thumbdrive?

    Yes, the ISO image is less than 3 gig

    Ah, ok, I missread your initial question. You mentioned fitting 'everything onto a 4gb flash drive' which I read as meaning that you wanted to fit the install DVD onto a 4GB USB Thumbdrive so that you could then install OSX onto the computer.

    It seems that you wanted to install OSX onto a 4GB drive and run it from there as opposed to holding the install media on there.

    There's a different answer to your question now that I understand it.... 'No.'

    You wont get a functional OSX install on a 4GB hard drive, flash or spinning media.

    So after the installation, which is smaller? iDeneb or iATKOS? iPC?
