slow internet when not plugged in.

    If I don't have my Acer One plugged into the wall it's a achievement if a web page loads...is there anything I can do to fix this?

    Disable the wifi adapter's energy saving feature.

    I tried searching the control panel and couldn't find where to turn those options off. Could someone tell me how to find those energy saving options.
