    Can one install the limpus software that comes with the acer one limpus ver. on a windows version ?
    If so, how ?

    If I understand linux/linpus correctly, it's not a driver-requiring strait-jacket like windows is but instead is very adaptable... thus it should be absolutely no problem for the Aspire One Linpus to be installed on an Aspire One which came preloaded with windows... but do beware that the AAO Linpus Recovery CD wants to use the whole HDD, it's does not exactly care to recognize partitions from what I could tell when I ran it.
