Some Problems

    Well I am having some problems with my aspire one. Well a couple days ago I deleted my ubuntu partition usong a partition manager and when I turned off my comouter it wouldnt boot. I got an error 17. So I fiddled around with it and counldnt get it to work. Then I tryed to reinstall xp with my external dvd drive but when installing it got a blue screen and it said there was an error and if it was the first time for me to see this to restart whell i restated and it still did it 7 times. Last night I downloaed the windows 7 beta and tryed to install but I also got an error. Whats wrong with my aspire one.

    Grub, which is the bootloader for Linux, is still in your MBR. You need to run the recovery console from your XP disk, and run the command "fixmbr". You should also probably run "fixboot". These should get you up and running.
