I have a Linpus AAO and want to rip CDs from my external CDRW. I noticed that I have Sound-Juicer installed in the add/remove software but don't know how to run it.
    Cheers

I would also like to use sound Juicer, but every time I try to add the software from package manager I receive the following message:

file /usr/share/desktop-directories/Internet.directory from install of gnome-menus-2.20.1-1.fc8 conflicts with file from package xfdesktop-acer-lp-1652.mcs_patched
file /usr/share/desktop-directories/Settings.directory from install of gnome-menus-2.20.1-1.fc8 conflicts with file from package xfdesktop-acer-lp-1652.mcs_patched

I tried completely reinstaling linpus from the boot usb and
    Code:
    yum install sound-juicer
    with the same results.

I have grip installed but I would like to try sound juicer since I hear that it is quicker and produces less rip errors.

DONUT: have you left clicked on the desktop and then searched in multimedia? That's where grip is located for me, I would assume sound-juicer to be there if it is installed. Also you could try opening a terminal and typing:

    Code:
    sound-juicer
This works for other programs I have installed, but it no way do I know what I am doing!

I have also read some jazz about sound-juicer needing "cdparanoia" to work? If anyone can please explain...
