spacebar types in "7"?

    I have an aspire one netbook d257-1417 and recently the keyboard started acting up. When I press the spacebar it types the number 7. It also types the number 7 other times with other letter keys. This is really annoying and keeps me from being able to type on the keyboard. Does anyone know why it's doing it or how to fix it? Thanks
