Speaker replacement mod

Has anyone tried to replace the speakers in their AA1? If so, what sort of speakers did you use, and how were the results. It sure would be a great improvement if this thing had decent speakers.

 

I want to do this too. I tried asking what size the speakers are but no one responded. I took a picture of the speakers when I was upgrading other stuff but I didn't measure them. Maybe I can figure out what size they are from the pics.

 

i think its the positioning of the speakers rather than the quality of them. My old eeepc had smaller speakers than the aao but they were pointing at you from the sides of the screen so louder. With the aa1 they are pointing mostly away from you. It's just one of them things and Im not sure a simple swap out will make much of a difference
