Spring TA is an open source rts engine which can run "mods" such as total annihilation.
    http://spring.clan-sy.com/

I would like to play this rts on my aspire one a110.
I successfully compiled from the sources, by following the "compile from source" guide :
    http://spring.clan-sy.com/wiki/Build_from_source

BUT when trying to play after loading I get this error :

    [driAllocateTexture:636] unable to allocate texture

And game run very slowly and without any texture (white textures)

It looks like a failure of the direct rendering manager. Any idea about how to fix this ?

Ok I solved the first warning by following the trick mentionned on this tread on this this very forum :
    viewtopic.php?f=5&t=4256
but I still got the AIGLX warnings
Does anyone know if it is could be related to driallocatetexture fail ?

After recompiling and looking at config log, I think the problem is more likely due to spring than to my dri configuration. Does anyone get it working ? If yeah which version ?On which linux version ?
