SSD Models on clearance?

    Acer SSD models are being cut in price.

    It might be a great time to snag a good deal. I guess the question is... if they are closing out inventory is it for a new model(s) or is it a move to HD based netbooks and away from SSD's as an option.

    I think it is because the HDD models sell much better. Most people only see the size, and 8GB compared to 160GB is a big difference, and they don't know the difference between a HDD and an SSD.
