Hi, does anyone know a way of completely disabling the file system unification for the storage expansion slot? I'd feel much more comfortable if mine simply appeared as a separate mount point, especially as my One doesn't like shutting down when I use the extra slot.

    At your own peril
    Open A Terminal.
    Become Root
    sudo su -

    mv /etc/dbus-1/system.d/sm-macles.conf .

Reboot, and the macles stuff that handles the auto filesystem merge will be disabled.

To renable move the file back
    mv /root/sm-macles.conf /etc/dbus-1/system.d/sm-macles.conf
