Strange Static in Speakers Acer PC

    I have a brand new acer pc
    AspireX1200
    with windows vista home premium 64 bit with service pack 1
    4gb ram
    Athalong 64 Dual core 5000+ 2.60ghz
    Acer speakers

    The only solution i could think of would be to find better drivers, but usually they are factory defaults and
    are made to work with your system so... yea

    I randomly hear this strange static coming through my speakers not all the time, but just randomly
    i think that it must be some kind of crosstalk radio waves that are picked up through the speakers somehow.
    but i dont have a wifi card, and the only mic i have is on my logitech quickcam, which this was happening
    before i had it so... any ideas? solutions?
