I'm running Linux on my AA1 and have a problem with the wlan and the laptop going to sleep when shutting the lid.

Sometimes when I turn on the laptop, the WLAN will not turn on, IE the orange light is off. Flicking the switch shows the ON/OFF on the screen but the light never turns on. Closing the lid and opening it again usually fixes this issue (putting to sleep and waking it up) But there are times when shutting the lid does nothing, and the laptop won't change its state.

So, just wondering why the WLAN sometimes does not start up, and why the AA1 doesn't always go into sleep mode when I shut the lid.

    Thanks
