support for extended desktop in XP?

    Hello,

    I have searched but unable to find any info on the Aspire One supporting dual display in windows, like extended desktop.
    For all the AAO owners out there, can you tell me if it's possible to do extended desktop (rather than just clone)? I have read somewhere that the AAO can only clone the display rather than extend it to a second external monitor... thank you for your input!

    extended desktop worked fine on my AAO.

    it works fine, you should only first connect the second monitor, than enable it in the

    Display properties > Settings > Advanced > Intel graphics media acelerator for mobile > Graphics properties > Display devices
