T Mobile Broadband stick How?

    Acer one with Linpus Lite.
    How do i get my T Mobile Broadband stick to work please
    In simple words for an oldie please.

    As far as I'm aware the only USB dongle that will work with the Aspire One in Linpus is the Huawei E160 (and maybe the E200). This is a white jobbie (the make and type are on the bottom - other colours may be available!).
    You must do a Live Update and this will include the software for your dongle - it's called 'Mobile Partner'.
    Once you've got Mobile Partner running then you need to enter the APN (?ANP -- I know it's got an A and a P in it) and the username and password for your network - you will find these by googling -- they are all pretty simple (like 'wap' and 'web''). You will also need a dial code - again google is your freind, but it's something like *99#
    It should - if the wind is blowing in the right direction - connect.
