I search for an aspire one, i need it asap for a biz trip coming up. Compusa says they have them IN STOCK, so I order. Then a day later i get an email stating my order is on hold and I need to phone them. So I phone them and they start asking me all sorts of odd questions, like 5 insane questions i could barely answer as some sort of verification. I think one was something about the street i lived on 20yrs ago and did it intersect with one of these streets in multiple choice. I'm like what is this crap??? Anyway they finally release the order. I hear nothing for a few days. I then get a tracking number, so i think cool it will be here today. I do a trace 0.7lbs hmm it's just my ram chip. I go online to check my order.. item is unavailable and on backorder. I email their support asking wtf. I get a reply "we will answer your request in 48hrs". ffs, I will never deal with these douche bags again. I'll phone them later and if this is one of there 7-20 days backorder situations will try to get refunded. ugh
