Tiny7 USB installation stuck, help!

Okay, I was on jolicloud and I figured out how to get a usb stick formatted, downloaded a tiny7 iso, extracted the files to the stick, got my netbook to boot from the usb, installation going. All groovy, right? Well, I get to the last part of the installation where it wants to restart, it restarts, but then boots back into the first screen of the installatiom like it wants to start all over. I've tried changing the boot order back to the ssd after the restart and it'll go back into the installation where it left off but then it just hangs at the "completing installation" part. Am I doing something wrong here?
