Is the Touchscreen controller showing in Windows device manager?

Is the bezel touching the touchscreen?

What happens when you try and run the TS calibration utility?

Note if there is missing components on the TS controller? Compare to attached pictures. Board with missing components is for 5 volt source. Acer web camera source is 3.3 volts, so the components are needed. See this thread; http://forum.eeeuser.com/viewtopic.php?id=67911

Who did you buy the kit from?

I bought the kit from onetouch4sale on ebay, here is the link http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 3D1&_rdc=1

The controller hub is recognized in the device manager and the camera is attached to one of the controller hub USB out and is functioning properly. I dis assemble everything and I am trying to get the touch screen running outside the unit and it still does not respond to touch. When I go into the options and try to calibrate I am unable to due to the software not letting me because the 4 point calibration option is not selectable, I can not click on it.

What exactly is listed in the Device Manager?

Is the TS Controller listed or only the hub?
