Touchpad Not Working

    Does anyone know how to start the touchpad working i have downloaded the file but for some reason it will not start in the files section it says it is disabled. Acer Aspireone 532H

    Have you tried Fn+F7?

    Yes i tried this today and it worked i wondered why the F7 key had a finger on it,and pressed all other keys till i got the right one, apparently when you install a system on it the mouse pad stops working so you can type stuff there are a lot of people having this problem???

    It's happened a lot because it's very easy to do, I speak from experience. If you keep the speakers off to extend the battery life then you're pressing Fn+F8 to toggle the speakers......it's easy to get the F7 key by mistake. Of course it's only a real problem the first time you do it and don't know what happened.
