Touchpad problem

    I have Acer Aspire One A150 with XP, and sometimes the touch pad isn't working when i start windows and the synaptics icon is gone from the taskbar , and after a restart everything is ok for couple of days.
    I have reinstalled windows and drivers but the problem reappears.

    If you look this part of forum more closely, you will easily notice that there are a lot of ppl with touchpad problems - from one click dead to whole touchpad dead. Therefore it seems that Acers touchpad is extremely low quality. I am convinced that yours problem is hardware nature [yours touchpad is probably loseing contact somewhere] and therefore if yours AAO is still in guarantee period contact support for repair.
