Touchscreen mod for the D150?

    Does anybody know if the touchscreen mod for the A150 8,9" will work on D150 10"??

    No, it won't, neither will the 10.2" kits for other netbooks. This is according to Joe at HodaTech tech support.

    I'm eagerly waiting for him to email me telling me the 10.1" kits are ready, but there's no definite date yet.

    But a USB port is a USB port.. why should'nt the 10.2" touchscreen work with the D150?

    According to tech support at HodaTech, it won't fit, a bit too large.

    I have already ordered a 10.2" touch display from ebay.. but hey i'll try and if it does'nt work it's only 100 bucks.. il live :D

    And you can always resell it on ebay.

    Please let us know if you think it can be made to fit.

    Of course.. it should arrive in 14 days.
    I will try to make it work the best i can and keep you updated.. It will work, the question is just will it fit the screen, and will it fit without messing up the plastic..
    hope it does :)

    Haha well you got me:) i really could not find that when i searched ebay.. but hey this looks like it will work.. If the screen i have already purchased don't work i will try this one.. Thx for link!!
