Triple Boot - Iatk0s v7 etc

    Hi there,
    Is there a way to install the iatk0s v7 without the Chamelon boot loader but use regular Darwin? I have triple booted my AAO before, but I am removing Windows 7 and moving back to a custom built Win XP install.....can anyone point me to some tutorials, as I want OSX, XP and then UNBR.....or Ubuntu......I need some guide that is written really straightforward.....

    I don't mind using the Chamelon if there is a way to have it replace the GRUB......

    But google it and oyu will get massively in depth tutorials.
