Trouble installing bluetooth suite

I have downloaded "Bluetooth_Atheros_6.21.0329.0301_Win7x86_AO533" - and am trying to install bluetooth suite. I right click on the bluetooth suite icon and select "run as administrator" and about halfway through, I get a message saying that the installer doesn't have the privileges to copy the files and installation terminates. What to do? I also tried to install the driver from device manager using have disk, but after it finishes, the icon has the yellow caution symbol next to it. Both the bluetooth and wi-fi radio is ON by pushing f3 on the keyboard There is a usb bluetooth icon in device manager, but it reports that the device cannot start. Am I trying to install the wrong driver? Bluetooth should be built in - there is nothing plugged into the usb port. Any help would be appreciated - thanks Acer aspireone533 windows 7 starter
