truecrypt, encrypting system partition doesnt work?

    heyas...
    after trying lot of distries and hacks, i recognized, that im just too stupid and will keep on linpus with the aone-config script.

    now i finally want to use my one and installed truecrypt as explained on macles (http://macles.blogspot.com/2008/07/inst ... e-one.html).
    truecrypt is working... but i am missing a menu option that i have on my windows machine: "system"where i could select "encrypt system partition". i have version 6.1a so it should be there...
    so i assume, that i can't encrypt the whole disk? i canÄt believe that =(

    any hints?
